Black Eyed Peas

“Power to the People is the ultimate anthem. We had an incredible time recording the track for Make Some Noise, and hope the single will motivate people to truly stand up and be counted.” -- will.i.am, The Black Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas have transcended their vigilant hip-hop roots and become a global phenomenon. Ever-curious and ever-confident, and after energizing crowds 'round the globe with the monster-stomp of Elephunk and Monkey Business, they bring their loose rhymes, anthemic funk and ebullient live spirit to Make Some Noise. By harnessing the universal power of music, they hope to inspire a new generation to stand up for human rights.

The accolades speak for themselves: 7.5 million albums sold worldwide, 4 Grammy nominations, 1 Grammy award, and an unforgettable performance on the 2005 broadcast.

In 1998 The Black Eyed Peas’ debut, Behind the Front, was released to critical acclaim, not only for the trio of MCs, but also for their live band. Bridging the Gap was released in 2000, followed by Elephunk in 2003, and Monkey Business in 2005.

If Elephunk was the group being crowned prince of the castle, then Monkey Business is conquering the throne to become King.
